Send us your documents.
We will need a copy of your document. You can fax it to 407-479-3148
using this cover sheet or scan it and e-mail it with the link below. If you don't have a
scanner or fax we can get a nice image uploaded through your smartphone.
A representative of BBT Translation Services will
contact you by e-mail or phone with the terms of your
translation (exact price and turnaround time) within an
hour.
Processing payment.
When the terms are accepted you will be directed to the Pay Pal site for payment - see the order page for more information about the payment process.
How to Order and Pricing Policy
We offer free notarization and free mailing via regular mail in the USA. On our certified translations we emboss a raised seal.
When you order from us a certified translation you will receive
a translation that is a mirror image of your original document.
It will be placed in our stationary and if the translation
should be a certified translation is will bear the required
stamps and seals. An affidavit of accuracy will be attached to
the translation containing the credentials of the translator and
signed before a notary who witnesses the translator's signature.
The pricing policy of our agency
is aimed at stimulating our customers to long-term cooperation.
We charge a flat rate of $50 for a standard translation service
of the first page of your document (includes notarization and
mailing via first-class mail within the US). Any additional page
to the same document is $35.

Our minimum charge is $50 and our rates for translation start from $0.11 per word.
We accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal E-mail payment.
All payments are in US Dollars.
We Use PayPal E-mail Payments and Google Checkout for a quick and secure way to bill you. You can use a credit card or a bank card with these services and you don't need to have a PayPal account.

We have the most affordable prices in the industry.
All our translations are paid in advance. When ordering a large translation project we are able to divide the payment into two installments: one half to be paid when placing the order and the second half before the file is delivered to you.
