When you order an Apostille certificate the price includes the following:

• The State Department Fee for the Apostille certificate
• Priority Mail to the Department of State - and back to us.
• Translation of the Apostille certificate into the language of your country of destination.
• The price for translation, certification and notarization of your document is separate. Please visit our Price List page for that information.

Once we receive the certified, notarized and Apostilled translations back from the State of Florida we will translate the Apostille if it needs to be in another language other than English. We will attach the translation of the Apostille to the Apostilled document that we receive from the Department of State and mail it you to any address in the USA. (For international mailing there is an additional fee).
